WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order is dispatched within 2–3 working days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
US & Canada orders typically arrive within 7–10 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance and circumstances outside of our control.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship across the UK, USA and Canada.
We’re working on expanding our delivery options to Europe and other international destinations in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed as soon as possible, in order to get the item to you as fast as we can. Therefore, cancellations and changes to your size, item, or shipping method are only possible within the first 15 minutes of placing your order.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our Customer Care team at support@ruuhi.co.uk as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before your order ships, but once it has been shipped, we're unable to make any changes.
If your order can no longer be canceled, you're welcome to return it once it's been delivered, provided it meets our return policy requirements.
How do you prioritise sustainability?
Sustainability is something we're building into ruuhi from the ground up. Our pieces are made by local artisans in Turkey, using natural fabrics wherever possible, and designed to be high quality, so they last well beyond a season.
We produce in limited runs rather than mass quantities, so nothing is made in excess. It's an ongoing process, we're a young brand, and we're committed to making more conscious choices as we grow.
How DO I choose the best size for me?
Our size guide is designed to help you find the best fit. Because we offer a range of silhouettes and product categories, the exact measurements can vary from piece to piece. Each style includes its specific measurements, along with notes on whether it runs large, small, or true to size, so you can choose confidently.
What is your return policy?
If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back. We just ask that it's unworn, unused, and still has all original tags attached.
For UK and international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
For international orders, approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Once we've received and inspected your return and it has been approved, your refund or store credit will be issued accordingly.

How do I start a return ?
To start a return, email us at returns@ruuhi.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you everything you need to get it back to us. Once we've received and approved your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
