All prices displayed on ruuhi.com are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products or modify our services at any time without prior notice. Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We make every reasonable effort to display product colours and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the true colour of products. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction where permitted by law. Product descriptions, pricing and availability may change without notice. 

Orders We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed through our website. Orders may be cancelled if:

payment cannot be authorised; incorrect pricing has been displayed due to an error; products become unavailable; fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed using the original payment method. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order but do not constitute acceptance of the order. A contract between you and Ruuhi Ltd is formed only when your order has been dispatched

Shipping 

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom, USA and Canada.

Due to new EU packaging regulations coming into effect, we are currently reviewing our shipping and packaging requirements for EU orders. As a result, EU shipping is temporarily unavailable while we ensure we meet the necessary requirements.

We appreciate your patience and hope to resume shipping to the EU as soon as possible.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. 

Ruuhi Ltd shall not be liable for delays caused by:
customs procedures; 
courier delays; 
severe weather; 
strikes; 
circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. 

Ownership of products remains with Ruuhi Ltd until payment has been received in full.

Refunds 

If you are a consumer purchasing from the United Kingdom, USA or Canada, you may return eligible clothing items within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to our Returns Policy.

Returned clothing must:

• Be unworn, unused and unwashed.
• Include all original tags and packaging.
• Be returned in a resalable condition.
• Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration or misuse.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Where a return is accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or where the goods are faulty.
